Over the winter time indoor skateparks seem to be the only salvation available. We went to Skate Naked in Columbus a few times over the winter and I managed to document a good bit of our time spent there. Here's some of what went down. Alec Solomon was killing it.

It's been a long time coming but the Sound video is now out and it's also up on YouTube. In case you guys weren't able to make it to the premiere that's okay because Mr. Clausius has a soft spot for all of you skate rats out there who want to see some sick skating. HERE's the link.

O.J. Hays has been killing it lately, both on the board and on the canvas. Recently he made a really cool edit using some motion graphics on footage that was filmed throughout last year in Chicago. It's over on The Skateboard Mag's  website. Rad animation, sick skating, and a good song to keep it all together--Electric Summer is a sick edit featuring some Chi-Town skaters cruising the streets, undistracted by the scribbles trying to interfere with their pushing.

One UP skateshop recently released a promo for their new video, The World Is Our Garbage Can (T.W.I.O.G.C). It's currently up on Thrasher's website. Eric Calfo filmed the majority of it but I have a few clips in it as well.

Sound Skateboards also recently came out with a promo for their new video, which features the OV's own Dave Coyne, along with a ton of other rippers.

Well it's certainly been a while since I've updated this thing, and I apologize for the long wait. Filming is still in full effect for WAW (Wild and Wonderful), but unfortunately the winter season has put a halt on any recent progress. In the meantime keep your eyes peeled for some new park edits to be coming out within the next month or so.

Here's a new edit I made recently from a few trips we made to Skate Naked in Columbus. Hope you all enjoy it.

We got off to a late start for this years King of The Road, but so far things have been looking up. If anyone knows someone who would do a free tattoo, or one for cheap let us know.

 

The Girl and Chocolate teams are still on tour right now for the Pretty Sweet video. Today they're rolling through Lil' Wayne's hometown. So if you happen to be in New Orleans be sure to stop by Humidity skateshop and check em' out.

If you're ever bored you should check this out. Patrick O'Dell has been in the industry for quite some time now and he also has an online web show called Epicly Later'd which is super rad.

Virginia ripper Ben Gold has an interview in the new issue of Skate Jawn, so be sure to pick up a copy. Ben kills it. Local shredder Tyler Beihl has a photo in the same issue as well.

Gary Bolos has been on a rampage for the past 2 years or so. Ride Channel posted a video of some footage of Gary in May of last year. You can watch it here. Gary was also featured in CCS for this month's Am Project article.

Columbus local and videographer Joe Charlton released a video late last year entitled Loud Pack. If you missed the premiere at Skate Naked then you blew it, but the good news is is that you can view it online here. Or if you'd like to support local skateboarding you could purchase the video here.

Speaking of the old 614, Taylor Nawrocki recently had an interview up on Street Canoe's site. So be sure to check that out.
